Personal experiences of the author of this
website
I never promote products without trying them personally. This natural formula is very new, I have it since June
28th).
Grom the 1st day: a wonderful effect everybody dreams of: a good
feeling in the bathroom regarding optimal stool consistency.
July 14th: Amazing news: Blood sugar within the normal range again (16% minus) and NO HUNGER!
(This brings me to a word of CAUTION: while it is always a good idea to consult your doctor before
taking any supplement, if you have diabetes, it is a must. The blood sugar normalizing effect of Primal Lean seems
to be so good that if you take prescription drugs there could be too much of a good thing.)
July 15th: 4 pounds minus.
July 21st: 4 pounds fat loss stabilized, blood sugar within the healthy range.
During the first 3 weeks: No dieting and no additonal workout.
August 4th: 7 pounds away, no hunger. It was quite easy not to eat any sugar during the last 2 weeks.
August 18th: 14 days without Primal Lean (vacation in French, my God, a very good cuisine, no dieting, no
workouts): no YO-YO, the 7 pounds minus is still a reality. Yesterday return to Primal Lean. 1 extra pound
minus!
August 30th: 10 pounds away. No hunger.
The secret: 2x2 Primal Lean daily + PACE (walking and a little bike) + low GI diet (for the 'Glycemic index
table' click the link on the left panel, please.)
October 6th: After taking Primal Lean for 10 weeks arrived at my target weight. 15 pounds minus. The best "side
effect" for me was blood sugar normalization.
